Kupper Engineering was recently honored at the ENR Regional Best Projects Awards at the Hilton NYC Midtown Hotel. Our team partnered with Conti Enterprises on the Fort Dix 16.5 MW solar landfill ballast mount, which won best project in the Energy/Industrial Category. Representing Kupper Engineering was Marketing Manager, Jen Wasilisin, and Director of Operations Phil Parise.
Mike has been a dedicated and valuable member of the KEI team since starting as an intern in 2012, and becoming full time in December 2014. In his new role, Mike will design, program, and maintain RTUs, SCADA systems, and PLC-based control systems. He will also work on the design and construction of control enclosures for devices including RTUs, PLCs, Directors, SEL devices, and meters, etc. Additionally, he will work with clients and project managers to coordinate project designs and commission sites. We are thrilled to congratulate him on this new position!
We’d like to welcome Lee Lasky back to our team! Lee is a senior electrical designer who previously worked at KEI from 2009 – 2015. He is a lead designer in electrical lighting and power distribution, responsible for the preparation, coordination, and design of various electrical systems for commercial, education, hospitality, and data center projects.
Senior Electrical Engineer Eric Moeckl, PE, recently rejoined Kupper Engineering, Inc. (KEI). He was previously employed at KEI from 2011 – 2015. Eric is responsible for the design of electrical power distribution, grounding, and coordination between engineering disciplines. His design experience includes: substations, switchgear, motor control centers, lighting, lighting controls, fire alarm systems, preparation of project specifications for pre-purchase equipment, general electrical materials and construction, bid review and shop drawing review, and electrical designs for landfill gas-to-energy plants, solar plants, and buildings. Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania.
