Congratulations to KEI President Scott Kupper, PE, REP, and Sr. Electrical Designer and Assistant Project Mgr. Bill Purvis, who were recently honored at the IEEE Philadelphia Section’s 2017 Annual Awards & Recognition Dinner held at the Union League of Philadelphia. Scott received the most prestigious award of the evening, the Delaware Valley Electrical Engineer of the Year. Bill received the Delaware Valley Young Engineer of the Year award. Kupper Engineering, Inc. served as a Gold Sponsor for the program.
Kupper Engineering is pleased to welcome Senior Electrical Engineer, Drew Carré, PE, to our team. Drew has more than 10 years of experience with health care, data center, and commercial interior projects covering all aspects of a complete electrical system design and installation. He also has experience with feasibility studies, existing condition assessments, and short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
Previously, Drew worked at Bala Consulting Engineers as a senior project engineer and assistant project manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Widener University.
Congratulations to Fallon Kider, an electrical designers at Kupper Engineering, Inc., who recently passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam. Passing the 6-hour, 110 multiple choice question exam is the first step toward being eligible to take the Professional Engineer licensing exam.
Fallon specializes in energy, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, and provides engineering and CAD support throughout the project design phase and assists with coordination studies. She is a 2015 graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. degree in electrical engineering/power systems.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Project Manager Adam Brugnoli to the level of Associate. His is the very first employee to be named an associate at Kupper Engineering.

His leadership and mentoring skills have guided the development of our other controls team members,” said Kupper Engineering President Scott Kupper.
He will be responsible for providing systems integration support and assisting with the design and programming of SCADA, Gateway, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, I/O servers, and other related devices. He will also conduct site visits to perform routine service and maintenance.
Prior to KEI, Dave worked as a technician for an equipment company in Quakertown, Pa.
