Congratulations to KEI President Scott Kupper, PE, REP, and Sr. Electrical Designer and Assistant Project Mgr. Bill Purvis, who were recently honored at the IEEE Philadelphia Section’s 2017 Annual Awards & Recognition Dinner held at the Union League of Philadelphia. Scott received the most prestigious award of the evening, the Delaware Valley Electrical Engineer of the Year. Bill received the Delaware Valley Young Engineer of the Year award.
