Solar, Wind, and Battery Storage

We provided complete electrical design of both AC and DC systems, including all coordination with PSE&G, the local utility. This non-tracking, fixed ground mount array featured a 600VDC design utilizing five (5) central inverters and two (2) different types of modules. We also provided the accelerated procurement of 5kV circuit breaker lineup, assisted with additional utility interconnection applications, and designed the complete 5kV distribution system, including conduit, cable, communications, etc. Engineering of the DC system components for the solar facility included combiner boxes, surge suppression, sub combiner boxes, prefabricated wiring (USE cables), grounding, DC fusing, etc. We also calculated all voltage drops of the DC feeders and branch circuits and conduits accordingly.
