Initially, we performed the evaluation of a radio DTT system from four (4) remote substation and recloser locations at this natural gas generation facility. We then provided the following system integration services: Preliminary design for the radio DTT panel, antenna heights and mounting options per the SEL wireless path study, installation drawings of the panel and antenna, assembly of the DTT via radio communications, and onsite startup and verification of operation.
Utility RTU and DTT
Kupper provided system integration services for a National Grid RTU at a solar facility. This included detailed design and assembly of the RTU and the remote router enclosure, interconnection drawings for the connected equipment, configuring the communications settings on the customer metering, and testing services with National Grid during startup.
